No room for growth!!! Subpar training. Majority of what you learn is figured out on your own. Management!! Lack of support, even though the department is terribly short staffed. Lack of communication with staff and amongst management To many avenues of communication, which becomes overwhelming to keep track of. They do not care about the wellbeing of their employees or patients. Too much focus on surface level issues instead of focusing on the real problems. Ex: How to increase staff retention Hostile work environment that created constant stress and anxiety. Multiple instances where favoritism was displayed. Particularly to a certain demographic.
