Fantastic Junior Experience - Marketing Coordinator Luminary Digital Employee Review

I had the great privilege of working for the Luminary team in 2019. As a university student, I joined the team as a Marketing Intern and within six short weeks was offered a paid position to continue growing my skills. It was very clear from the start of my experience that the leadership at Luminary have the utmost respect for all of their employees and value each individual's career. I was immediately given real and important work to do that both showed results for the company and expanded my skill base. I knew that I was a valued member of the team. I will forever cherish the mentorship I was afforded at Luminary. I felt supported by everyone around me which includes people at every level of leadership. The culture among the staff at Luminary is unique and very special to be a part of. One team's loss is everyone’s loss, but every win is a win for all. It is clear that the leadership at Luminary care about every member of staff, their projects and their welfare which is shown through the emphasis on flexible working arrangements for all. My experience at Luminary has shaped my career and I can not be more grateful for the opportunities that I had in my short time working there. The projects that I worked on and the mentors that I met will continue to inspire me to do great things.
