Cons
- Bias gender & race promotion. - Favoritism. Overloading engineers that are not in favored. Not favored engineers are always picked on small petty things and especially micro on small errors or weaknesses. - Many hidden personal agendas & very political played by a single veteran manager. - Abusive & manipulative culture; especially created by a single veteran manager. Engineers are always tested not on performance but rather whether they are loyal and/or pleasing enough. - Leadership-style: micro-manager and a not a peacemaker but rather more of a trouble-maker style. - Engineers always work in fear everyday and worrying how not to offend or to please the higher veteran leader. - Customer service engineering transferred over to reliability engineering.
