Procurement - Senior Supply Chain Manager Lumentum Operations Employee Review

Totally dysfunctional executive management, too many reorganization, never a clear direction. So here is the math...within 1 year, my groups' VP resigned when the new SVP was on board for 3 months. The SVP brought in another SVP, then kick the same person out within 6 months. Then they let go the director the next month...another Sr Director decided to quit on his own after 20+ years in this company. Never a clear communication path, never had a BU all hand meeting , never even the willingness to listen.
