      Pretty good 401K match Good medical benefits Hybrid work Great people to work with at the mid/lower levels

      Cons

      Flexibility is relative it seems. Rules for thee but not for me. Some are held more strictly to the “policies” than others. Leadership doesn’t know how to lead; most managers are in the position because of long relationships not abilities. Development is preached but leaders don’t truly develop employees. Professionalism is lacking

      Great work like balance. Nice office in Dallas.Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Lower salary compared to market. Some managers are micro managers. They use a system to track what youre doing. Work load can be high and when you don’t meet expectations, that will put you on a PIP.
