Decent perks like breakfast, fitness perks, education fund and flex hours. Has a start up feel.
Cons
Plays favorites. If you’re not part of the favorited group, you will not get promoted. Huge and unrealistic expectations. Very low compensation. Big let down from the promises made during the interview process. Young managers who don’t know how to manage people
