Management focuses more on company growth

I don't see any pro.

I left LumenRadio at the height of COVID-19, in September 2020. I actually worked for a company under LumenRadio's ownership. During the buy-out of this company, they cared very little about the employees, and actually bullied me into accepting a lower wage to help the company's cashflow. At one point during a discussion with a manager who was put in place to oversee the team, he told me that I was welcomed to leave if I wasn't happy with their new terms. There's not an integrating culture inside LumenRadio, and all they care about is their profits and their bottom line.
