Bad management. Product looks the same as the day it was launched. Low Salaries and bad utilities.

Managers tend to trust you to do what needs to be done and do not usually micro manage unless you give them a reason.

Cons

Promotion can be slow. They tend to favor hiring external before highering internally. Also if you move up, they will only offer a 3-5% raise regardless what the industrial standard pay is for that position so make sure you negotiate a good rate coming in.
