      Constantly taking inbound calls time off on popular dates is basically impossible for new employees micromanaged time schedule many angry and dissatisfied customers too many random job responsibilities

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
