Pros
Good benefits, generally a good culture. The company posts fake reviews to make itself look better.
Cons
The company is slowly starving itself to maintain earnings. The licenses required to keep equipment working are no longer renewed. Replacing equipment is a multi-year effort. Positions are rarely filled when someone leaves. Every week you learn that someone you depend on has left. When a vice-president was asked in a monthly virtual gettogether why there have been no cost of living increases for the last SIX YEARS, his reply was, "if they did there could be another layoff." Departments can no longer support each other because everyone is overwhelmed. Open tickets for assistance just pile up. It is impossible to keep up, much less achieve your goals. The company has a policy denying there is any disciplinary process - employees fear they could be fired at any time without notice. An endless stream of employee satisfaction surveys with no visible change.
