      Imploding, not inclusive - Senior Network Planner Lumen Employee Review

      Pros

      Excellent flexibility and good autonomy

      Cons

      Still a "good old boys club" in large parts of the company. Pay cuts and scarce raises. Poor communication and collaboration. Middle management and HR (open a ticket, see who you get) are either part of the problem or mostly helpless. Star employees are leaving.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)
