      Vacation time is very good. at 10 years service in management was getting 30 days Vacation

      Cons

      Pension froze, and benefits not very good. 500 a month for me + 3.

      Ability to work remotely, wanting too share knowledge or learned skills with AI.

      Cons

      Treat people more like independent contractors and don't have centralized places to find information that it needed. There SharePoint sites are not easy to navigate.
