Pros
Pros have been dwindling over the past decade to stay with this company as it flounders to keep up with broadband and business solutions that are too expensive to implement correctly. The biggest pro is the new HQ building that you'll never want to leave in Monroe, LA...because you don't want to live in Monroe, LA.
Cons
6 weeks of PTO has been reduced to FTO that no longer allows vacations longer than 10 days without director approval. Health benefits have been steadily increasing in expense to the employee. Wages are stagnant unless you are inside the inner circle down at HQ.
