Pros
I liked my co-workers a lot and there are some very smart people. I learned a lot from them, but rarely were smart people promoted. Outside Monroe, people are mostly looking for other jobs or just putting up with the politics because they are tenured and have great benefits (many have 6 weeks of vacation now and good severance packages after being with the company for 20 years). One Pro is that they brought in a new COO and CMO in March 2016.. the hope is they will makes some changes for the better.
Cons
too many to list (see "advice to management for more info)... antiquated ordering/billing systems make this a dinosaur of a company. It's nearly impossible to launch products, fix problems or measure results accurately. I felt like I was banging my head against the wall. The cost to fix these issues is so exorbitant that all "migration" plans are eventually killed. Don't expect any level of training.
