Pros

Lucid promote communication above all other things, adapting communication styles to ensure everyone is heard, understood, and empowered to reply is one of their core priorities as a business. Lucid has excellent psychological safety that is carried through from senior to junior leadership.

Cons

There is a recent strong focus on utilisation of time, aimed at improving company efficiency, but occasionally inflexible to the daily demands of the role.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It's heartening to read how you enjoyed your time at Lucid and valued our range of communcation styles and commitment to listening. Utilisation is one of several metrics that we track to ensure that we are delivering value for our clients and to help ensure we keep winning interesting work into the future so that we can continue transform lives. I agree that our culture is primary and it is the people that make Lucid a great place to work. I believe we can continue to deliver both. Wishing you the very best in your future career.
