Amazing - Chemist Lucent BioSciences Employee Review

My time spent here was the best work experience I ever had. The team was small and close-knit, with a variety of engaging projects to lend a hand to. As a student and lower-level employee, I appreciated being able to sit in on meetings to personally see the results of the trials we were helping with and what they meant for the company. I would love to be able to work there again!

During my time, the company was still getting its legs and nailing down operational details, which caused some issues. Much of this was nailed down as I worked there and I expect this issue to be resolved now.

Start up mode, reaching for unrealistic numbers with no clear path to get there. Very little support from management. They need to ensure their staff are appreciated at all time to keep them doing their best work possible!
