Pros
Make your own hours. You can also call 24hrs before shift to cancel without reprimand. Comfortable environment. Team leaders are available for the entire shift to help. Script must be read verbatim most of the time but if you can follow direction then it will be easy.
Cons
Shifts cut early sometimes or cut alltogether. Some weeks it's hard to get hours in.
