Toxic management that encourages the harassment and bullying of other associates. This behavior makes the environment feel uncomfortable and heavy. If you don't side with management, you are the enemy. Extremely outdated POS systems make the easiest of transactions difficult and tedious. The boots are overpriced, and most customers new to Lucchese know it. The quality of boots arent short of Texcovas or even Cavenders. Difficult to be honest with selling to customers. No real training. Orientation was messy and unorganized.
