      Pros

      There have been many highlight moments in what has been a relatively short tenure so far, but the inclusivity for global employees is a big one. The company has a great community feel despite its size and values ideas from all employees which gives a great sense of empowerment.

      Cons

      The benefits of the company are somewhat german-centric as it is a German company, but to truly attract global talent I think a global benefits approach would benefit the company in this regard greatly.

      Pros

      Great team & co workers, interesting job, able to travel, fun office atmosphere.

      Cons

      Well underpaid in comparison to market rate for really any type of consultant. Virtually zero retirement and health benefits.
