Management plays musical chairs, not much oversight on the day to day operations until something goes wrong, suggestions to management often go unheard, habitually under staffed, painfully slow interviewing and on boarding process,

I was welcomed with the most open set of arms upon hire. Everyone I have encountered have been very enjoyable to work with. I’m extremely happy I took the leap of faith that I did because I look forward to each day. It’s like a breath of fresh air. The company has very competitive salaries and benefits. They make you feel valued and care about mental health (because we’re all human) and encourage to take time off when needed. I love all the volunteer opportunities and employee engagement and group events. Management helps with staying on task to meet goals. I love sharing new ideas and actually feeling like I have a voice. Being able to choose my schedule and decide whether to work remotely 2 days and in the office helps with work life balance.

Training was a little clunky, but was also due to my position being partially new. Meetings can be a bit heavy some weeks, depending on the role.
