All the decisions go though the owner/ceo of the company so you can imagine how long everything takes to happen. I worked closely with the CEO and the vice president. The vice president has reservations against specific types of people. They are slow to change. do not accept any criticism or positive suggestions. want to run everything in the slowest way possible. extremely inefficient. no growth opportunities. basically a hole.

Company is unorganized with a high turn over rate for employees.
