Location is quite good but place is old

The boss called me into office the 2nd day and scolded me for an hour to let me know how serious it is working in this company. He fires anyone who is late for a minute 3 times. True to it, I was fired after 2 months as I was late 3 times by less than 3 minutes each. They even printed out the dates which I was late and the time in. It was ridiculous.
