Pros
Free catered lunch monthly, insurance, communication, flexibility, paid time off, much more. People are saying they feel micromanaged but it all depends on YOU and how YOU want to work. If you dont talk to your supervisor or directors you will stay where you are. Most supervisors will reach out if you need help. Yes answers vary because it is ever growing and not one supervisor is the same person it's a variety. You will get what you give and if you cant meet expectations there's consequences like every job.
Cons
There is favoritism. Questionably sexist. You can work your tail off and get nowhere or have to apply a million times because 1 time you didn't make goal. It is stressful and the gossip is disgusting. Upper management doesn't get held to what they do (always late, gossip). The few who actually follow the rules aren't rewarded. You can apply for better positions but they give it to someone younger, less experienced but say it's because you're not qualified when really they just dont want to replace you in your current role or want someone nicer to look at. There's hundreds of people here so be prepared for battle of the lowers games to get promoted.
