We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve culture and operations. Thank you for including work life balance, flexibility, and benefits among your positives. We also hope you’re enjoying the full health coverage, opportunities for annual performance-based pay increases, COLA pay increases, WFH and wellness stipends, 22 days of PTO, 13 paid holidays, a 401K with a guaranteed 3% company contribution, a college tuition discount, and continually ask for and listen to feedback.
