Pros
lots of opportunities to climb within the company and receive promotions/raises. really engaging coworkers and good benefits. first customer support job i've had that actually honors paid time off. first customer support job that i have felt respected in from both the customers and company. relatively easy work, no one is calling in upset or angry. one of my favorite jobs i have had and i would work there again if things were a little different.
Cons
i was hired as a hybrid employee with the understanding that i would only need to come into the office 1-2 days a week, which was important to me due to the pandemic and other personal reasons. the longer i worked there the more they pushed for my coworkers and me to come in full time. i was lied to by my middle managers twice before i was laid off. found out they've been quietly laying other people off in the company for spurious reasons.
