Pros
Incredibly smart engineering team and friendly sales team/environment. Its really easy to get along with your co-workers and the vast majority of people are legitimately kind. The product itself is pretty innovative and challenging. Its hard to get bored at what you do.
Cons
98% of the people I worked with there were great and a pleasure to work with. That 2% remaining were so toxic that by the time I left I hated what I did and seriously considered switching careers. There is a good chance these people will not be your team leads or your peers, but Lordy loo, if you are put on the same team as them, thoughts and prayers buddy. They also seem to constantly have phases of rapid growth, followed by severe contraction; job security is pretty much an illusion. You never know who is going to be let go next.
