Small company with not many growth opportunities.

I have been at LoveBookOnline for now a year and a half. Every single day I have felt supported, encouraged and an expanded sense of employment security (which is different from job-security, look it up). LoveBook is many great things - one of them being the future of professionalism. Our work environment and activity is based strongly around LoveBookOnline's brand and mission. The consistently growing team is successful beyond measure due to every single member's unbelievable talent and work ethic. There is a great sense of freedom from the old school office/desk job, as long as your work gets done well and in a timely manner. All the while, it is FUN! Sure, some folks here are married to each other, some of us are best friends both in and outside the office, some of us don't like each other that much at all....but we all share a common goal and work together to keep growing this thing and expand! Free food and drinks are cool - I'd still show up without it. (Shhh, don't tell my boss LOL)
