There are so many reasons : 1. The management is worked for profit not employee profit and its very worst of employees are slave for the management. 2. what ever they said employee should do other wise they will remove employee and they will torture with 2 year bond agreement. 3.There is few team leaders list below with names: a. Mr. Cooli (Production Head) : he don't have any technical knowledge he is ITI guy but he rules the all the production team and is any one compliant against him employee will go out from the company. b. Sr .Quality engineer :he don't know any quality's related technical knowledge but rules quality team. c. Tech lead : worst person ever seen in the my life So many are there but those persons will not allow to growth under their team There is no different in between engineer and Diploma everyone has to do cooli work
