Pros

1. This place is good for high performers who love doing night shift work ONLY. Saying High performers because, those are the ones who are able to meet the near to impossible deadlines. 2. CEO is highly qualified and enthusiastic and improves productivity (sometimes take drastic steps but it is much needed in fast growing early stage startup) 3. Most of the Core Team are very helpful. (Special Mentions - Imad Sir and Sirajul Sir) 4. Good place to learn a lot in a very short time and obviously making money too 5. If don't take any leave in a month, then you get 2 working days extra pay 6. If you are in full stack or ai, you will get a chance to work on multiple challenging ideas and problems

Cons

1. Above Average/ Average performers will get suddenly fired for sure. Should always be self motivated i.e should do whatever it takes year around 2. Sometimes too much micromanagement occurs. 3. Monthly Pay roll cycle is 26th of this month to 25th of next month. But, your salary of that month will not be credited in between 8th of next month - 24th of next month. Loss of pay if you take even one leave 4. HR Team Communication was worse and vague, but now it is improving gradually. For example - people had to beg for weeks for their salary or reason of salary deductions or bonus components for weeks, and for a to z all approvals is only one - CEO, after some fortunate resignations/firings, it has become tolerable and better now.
