Worst workplace I've ever been part of - Anonymous employee Lotus Commercial Employee Review

Where do I start? No real training, hired for one role and wound up in another. Expectations not clearly set out. Miserable and filthy working environment. Company is led by lazy, untrustworthy and unprofessional micro-managers who have no idea what they actually want. Staff and client contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on.
