Cons
Terrible management of company resources, time, and overall infrastructure. Corporate heads are a nightmare and will lie about help being on the way straight to your face. Some of those in charge are downright disrespectful and rude. Extreme lack of accountability overall and quick to throw others under the bus. People are not taking lunch breaks most days and are burntout - they do not value those that even break their backs for them. They are losing people left and right and for good reason. HR is shady and wont help you. If you value your mental and physical health, steer clear.
