Pros
1. I don't think I have any reasons to work at Lore other than that I got peanuts for working long hours and getting company $$$$$$$'s. 2. Good for people who want to work in financial industry for initial 1-2 yrs and move on. 3.The workplace is quite young and hence we organise a lot of social occasions
Cons
1. Pathetic Management - high Headed, Absent Minded, Egoistic 2. Bad Culture of asking and making employee sit late 3. Hate smart working people, hard working are more successfull, who sit long hours and do nothing productive. 4. Apalling HR and its policies. Guess, every time all office gets two mails from Lore MD/CEO for same subject.One with original content and second with corrections in previous mail. 5. Apalling Notice period policies. But, in between if company ask you to leave before 2 months, it pays nothing. 6. Vindictive attitude of management. Management comes with a vendetta if any one dares to point the short comings or oppose wrong doing. 7. HR and resourcing guys to lure people looking to join Lore as an employee. BEWARE OF THE HELL GUYS!!! 8. No transportation 9. Don't trust the Lore Management.
