Pros
Hire you on full time if wanted. Able to get as much overtime as you want. Able to stand or sit. You don't have to interact with other people unless you want to.
Cons
They don't really do too much training. They just had me shadow people. The rules are constantly changing. Latenesses are automatic occurrences. When help is needed supervisor & lead take their time getting to you & claim that they were busy.
