Work 8-5 with no paid hour lunch break anymore. High case load daily quota Constant persistent daily communication/check in’s from management- need to always explain why communication with client was too short or too long. Timed and watched on now long you assist client/applicant High caseload volume turnover rates Hours can be cut with little to no notice. Higher unexpected case load to pickup when staff are out or hours were cut. No way/ not allowed to follow up with clients that call back after cases are closed. Little to no assistance in guidance with management- figure it out yourself and hope you completed it the right way. Constant trainings on minor mistakes management have not trained you on to begin with.
