Pros
Pay, quarterly bonus. You can get complacent and not ever get fired because all they expect of you is average work.
Cons
They promote from within instead of hiring external employees that know how the real world functions. Outside of the very upper echelon (2 people) management is incompetent at every single level. There are far too many managers and assistant managers for the number of staff in the company. The software and programs used make you feel like you're stuck in 1980. There were so many meetings but nothing ever got accomplished. Pay increases are standardized and not based on work ethic, talent or experience Going above and beyond will get you absolutely nowhere- they promote doing exactly what is expected and nothing more. Employees review each other each quarter and directly affect the amount of your bonus- if you're not in the "in crowd" you won't make as much as the cool kids do. My day was filled with inefficient and old school processes- a lot of wasted time for the sake of doing things "their way".
