      1. Colleagues are great 2. Good work life balance 3. No micromanagement

      Cons

      1. No pension 2. No lunch/catering services 3. No benefits in general 4. The IT system they use are very old and makes all processes slower 5. The pay is lower than average 6. Not enough communication from management
