Pros
1) Salaries package should be up to market rate provided your last remuneration package were fairly compensated. 2) Colleagues are generally nice but not all behaved professional. Some take too long lunch hours which affects overall productivity of works as co workers.
Cons
1) There were some layoff of certain affected departments and employees during earlier 2023. Hence, this has generally affected overall employees morales. Management not clarified this action to existing employees. Thereafter, overall productivity were affected and share of workload not being allocated equally. 2) Lots of works need to rushed out due to no clear operation directions and few systems testing required but not all employees are involved.
