There are some pockets of professionalism within the organization but it's very inconsistent.

Toxic business with a lack of leadership but lots of “Chiefs”. Constant chaos. Changing priorities with no collaboration or communication. Loyalty, rather than competency, is rewarded. Lots of backstabbing.

Collaborative team, supportive leadership, interesting customers and real ownership over technical work.

Processes are still maturing, priorities shift quickly and workload can spike without much notice.
