      Pros

      Nice offices, nice colleagues, noone cares what you really do. If you're looking for a job where you can do nothing, this is it.

      Cons

      Corporate behavior started after some managerial changes happened. Nice smaller company turned into small corporate company with all the downsides and no upsides (like higher salaries).
