Poor company structure, bad track record and poor definability within the social media monitoring space, high turnover off staff and issues with nepotism (including making a lot of people redundant due to finance issues), poor product vision which isn't well socialised to the wider company, poorly built software stack, and some staff are over promoted and under skilled, ceo can't turn up on time to a meeting.
