      Pros

      Amazing people and environment. Makes sales much more enjoyable when you have an awesome group of people with you.

      Cons

      On the sales floor, it's a "what have you done for me lately" mindset. You could have an amazing quarter in sales then slump a bit in the next and then fear a bit about job security and career advancement.

      Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you are enjoying the culture, and the people. We are constantly meeting and brainstorming ways to decrease the stress associated with the job.       Pros

      Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

      Cons

      It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
