Pros

I wish I had something good to say here but there’s absolutely no pros to working for this company. They will suck you in and crap you right out when they no longer need you.

Cons

Management here says they want you to be successful yet no one takes the necessary steps involved to reaching that success. Employees here genuinely only care about themselves and you’re just a number to the company and nothing more, while you’re also getting paid little to nothing. If you’re looking for a stable job that you can grow with, keep looking because this isn’t the place for that.

Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We are a fast growing company and are constantly working on improving the experience for all of our employees. We recently hired a Culture Operations Specialist who is essentially our Chief Happiness Officer. The majority of the reviews on here are very positive and we were just named one of the top workplaces in America by Inc. Magazine. I appreciate the feedback and will do everything possible to continue to improve employee satisfaction. If you have any other feedback, please send an email to mikew@logicalposition.com.

Pros

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Cons

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
