I've worked with many multinational giant IT companies before, but the environment LM provides is the best among all. There are plenty of learning and growth opportunities. Leadership is clear on the direction to take the company. They are easy to approach to and your ideas are always heard and if they are good, you get an opportunity to build it. In this respect, I'd say it is like the early-days Google. You will have top mentors from Industry, the best learning resources, best equipment money can buy and everything you need to be productive. Everyone here is a Pro at what they do so you will need to constantly challenge yourself to be 'Better Every Day' while being 'One Team' and 'Customer Focused'.
