      excellent gear, knowledgable staff. flexish sched, decent pay.excellent reputation in industry. fun! Also they pretty much did their best to take care of us during Pandemic.

      Cons

      some middle management is unapproachable, and seem to have a chip on thier shoulder., lacks a concise training program.

      Male dominated field, attempting to offer a balance work environment, often unintentionally sexist. Old dogs having trouble with new tricks.
