Pros

Steep learning curve: From Day 1, you’re given ownership of large enterprise clients across different geographies—APAC, US, MEA. It’s challenging, but incredibly rewarding. Direct CXO exposure: You’re constantly working with the C-suite on both client and internal sides. If you’re someone who thrives in high-stakes conversations, this role will excite you. Process meets hustle: There’s a clear framework for success, but you’re also encouraged to experiment and build your own playbook for client success and retention. Fast-paced & ambitious culture: Everyone here wants to win, and that energy is infectious. No two days are the same. Global mindset: You get to understand the logistics challenges of Fortune 500 clients from different regions, which sharpens your strategic thinking immensely.

Cons

Not for the faint-hearted, pressure can be intense during major enterprise rollouts or when SLAs are tight. With so many parallel client threads, time management is critical. You’ll burn out if you don’t learn how to prioritise fast. Internal communication can sometimes get hectic, especially when working across time zones.

Pros

I'm currently working for the Jersey City, NJ, office of LogiNext. I have never had such a great experience working for a company. Every employee respected as an expert of their craft and new employee ideas/initiatives are attempted in order to develop the business further. Truly an ethical and stress-free work environment. LogiNext's Cloud-based SaaS product, itself, is one of great utility for creating positive changes in Logistics management and customer experiences. Catered lunches, free snacks, and an office in the heart of Jersey City's Newport District aren't bad perks either.

Cons

I have no cons to report.

Pros

The best thing about this platform is its ability to keep the greater part of my instant messages in one place and making correspondence a ton simpler to handle from a driver viewpoint. I additionally cherish the capacity to have all correspondence experience the same number. The straightforward interface is something which attracted me the most. Also, making changes to trips is easy.

Cons

Many times you come across a new feature which you have to find by reviewing the manual.
