Free lunch sometimes and if they like you they'll celebrate your birthday (some people not favored don't get that though)

The favoritism is off the charts. Some people are allowed to not work to speed and get to walk around and talk. The other employees are on a tight rope where if they make a mistake they get fired. If they use the bathroom at the wrong time they also get in trouble while you watch other people make coffee and talk. Employees who aren't favored are made to lift all the heavy boxes over 50 lbs while the favored get 5 lb boxes. They want you to rush but expect perfection as well. If they don't care about you they won't even train you, then when you fail you get blamed for that too. They praise the laziest people while they stomp the hard workers into the ground. The only place I've ever worked at where every manager is late everyday. It's actually ridiculous that they fire people for being late, the hypocrisy is off the charts.

The pros you will get is a back injury and pain. Even if you are desperate to look for work do not even bother. I still have pain till this day.

They lie to you and scream at you. They don't discuss with you any benefits. They fire you when you ask for a day off. Don't ask about your benefits you'll be kicked out. The facility is very unorganized. No growth opportunities, do not waste your time.
