where to start...thank God the former CTO and co-founder is leaving...he created so much mess in the code base and infrastructure that now we are almost done solving...after 2 years...he is not a people leader able to inspire and not strong from a technical point of view. the CEO is a good guy but lacks a clear direction for the company lately. the COO has been there for far too long and has too much on his plate so the teams are not excelling at anything. competition is catching up and creating products that are better now but the problem is us in Product not able to solve the bugs...
