      They always pay on time

      Cons

      A lot of people fired without valid reasons, they dont provide feedback at all, just hire you for high season and one day they suddenly make up random stuff to tell you dont fit in the company, they put a lot of pressure for you to deliver things and have multiple meetings at the same time, you present projects and they never like them, plus never tell you what to improve.
