The job isn't difficult and many things can be learned in the field. The networking opportunities are impressive. Somedays you may not have any work or work very little; however, you're paid for a full day.
Cons
The pay does not reflect the requirements of the position. There are zero benefits and no mention of any whats so ever. There are no raises even after becoming much more proficient at the position. Working harder and going above what is required will never be rewarded with more than a thank you.
Terrible Management, Office ignore any concerns from employees. Terrible scheduling one day may only work 1 hour to working over 8 hours due they don't contact contractors day before the plan job. Lack of supply of PPE and may undermine certain pandemic regulations if they want. Lack of communication within employees and other contractors.
