Great idea but needs better execution - Anonymous employee Livity Employee Review

When I joined Livity the main selling point was young people at heart of everything but the reality was that even though the creative part is delivered by young people the execution can be a long and sometimes ideas would get scrapped after a lot of time and effort has been put in, due to disagreement of an older member of the company. Also felt a lack of job security due to several redundancy cases during my time with the company.
